some students said chinese not important.. i thought so too while i was in secondary school. but i soon realised it wasn't true. MOST singaporeans can't speak proper english. they tend to stress at the wrong syllabus of the word. i tend to hear ppl say "one two tree" when they count. come on.. i've only heard of bonsai tree, palm tree, coconut tree etc. but never one two tree... its THree dudes... imagine if french is the universal language. " eh! boujour monsieur.. je suis allan lar.. rappelez-vous moi?" omg... if i ever hear tat i will luff my ass off.
