here's a joke i saw last night while surfing the net. i dunno it's true or not.
The following is the transcript of an actual radio conversation in October1995, between a US Navy ship and The British authorities, off the Scottish North coast.
The transcript was released by the MoD on 10/10/95.
BRITISH : Please divert your course 15 degrees to the South, to avoid
collision.
US Navy : Recommend you divert YOUR course 15 degrees to the North to
avoid a collision.
BRITISH : Negative.You will have to divert your course 15 degrees to
the
South to avoid a collision.
US Navy : This is the Captain of US Navy ship. I say again, divert YOUR
course.
BRITISH : Negative. I say again. You will have to divert your course.
US NAVY : THIS IS THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER USS LINCOLN. THE SECOND LARGEST
SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES' ATLANTIC FLEET. WE ARE ACCOMPANIED BY THREE
DESTROYERS,THREE CRUISERS AND NUMEROUS SUPPORT VESSELS. DEMAND THAT YOU
CHANGE YOUR COURSE 15 DEGREES NORTH, THATS 15 DEGREES NORTH, OR COUNTER

got my itp placement. armstrong engineering... sounds like a nice name make me so happy. den went google check n found out they make aircon. ok la... not bad. at least it is engineering.

sian... the last time i touched a plane? boarding a boeing 747 frm hk to sg.... dunno how many yrs ago... which reminds me... I M GG MISS OUT ON A TRIP TO SHANGHAI WIF MY AUNTS N PARENTS CUS OF ITP!
my mum ask my sis go. she wants to, but my dad ask her pay 4 her own tix.. den she said forget it. i almost succeeded in psycho-ing my parents bring my sis go den i can haf peace at home for 2 wks. argh!!!

chien called me n ask me go chalet tonight, say got a few ppl they drink n play cards. lol. lazy go all e way there. exams coming so must study. these few days no mood to play games. just nice exam coming den no mood play games. mayb it is e stress tat is making me moody.
today's CADD test just sucks. i cannot draw out e middle part of e thing. e computer keep saying got error. den my 3D drawing middle part missing. if can get a B grade very luck le.
21st feb- aircraft powerplant
23rd feb- linear algebra
28th feb- AEIS, calculus 3
3rd march- mechanics 2
very tight schedule, given all e subjects are core modules...

i very stressed ah! exams coming. all e paper very tough. 5 papers crammed into 11days. mdm ong went thru linear algebra revision tutorial. TOTALLY STUNNED. I DUNNO WAT SHE TALKING ABOUT! wa piang.....
so many things to do, but yet so little time.
