went to exercise today before lunchtime at the sch's stadium. the stadium just renovated. the toilet so nice. still got hot shower! jus wat i need after my run.
supposed to run 2.4km BUT only managed to run 1.6km then i stopped cus i was too tired (about to faint man). im not weak. its just that the last time i did such vigorous exercise, i was in sec4 n that was 3 years ago! wanna know how i clocked for the 1.6km? 10 FRIGGIN MINIUTES! N I NEED TO FINISH 2.4 IN 11 MINUTES! unless i inject myself with steroids and sprint for the remaining 800m, i will never make it in time. lol!
